Stacking the Shelves/IMM (31)

In My Mailbox is hosted by Kristi from The Story Siren.

Stacking the Shelves is hosted by Tynga of Tynga's Reviews.

I definitely had another great week in books. Lots of pretty purchases I made/received late last week, a review book that is one of my most anticipated of the year, and even a win that I totally fangirled over.

Purchased:
Star Crossed by Jennifer Echols
Stealing Parker by Miranda Kenneally
Catching Jordan by Miranda Kenneally
Dear Cassie by Lisa Burstein
Poison by Bridget Zinn
Perfect Scoundrels by Ally Carter
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer, signed - eep!
17 & Gone by Nova Ren Suma

Won:
Gameboard of the Gods by Richelle Mead - AHOMFG! I kind of died a little bit when I was notified that I won. No joke. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, Dutton Books!

For review:
School Spirits by Rachel Hawkins - Um, lovelovelove Rachel Hawkins and her Hex Hall series, and I cannot wait to devour this one too. Giant thanks to Disney Book Group and Netgalley!

Have you read any of these, if so, what did you think? Also, what books did YOU get this week? Let me know!

  3. Super YAY for Scarlet! I'm still shocked at home much I love the Lunar Chronicles because I really don't care for anything even remotely science fiction. But it's one of my favorite series, right now.

Anyway, enjoy your goodies. Happy reading :)

    1. Thanks! I liked Cinder enough, but heard Scarlet was even better, so I'm excited to see for myself.

  4. Wasn't really a J. Echols fan until I read Such A Rush. Hopefully, the new book is just as good as that one. :) Enjoy!

    1. Funny, because that's her one book I've yet to read. She had me as a fangirl with her little romantic comedies, but cemented her Awesome Author status with Going Too Far - loooove that book!

  5. Ooh you got Jennifer Echols' adult book. I'm super interested to know what you think of Catching Jordan/ Stealing Parker because I feel like we're going to have the same reaction and I'm interested in reading them.

  6. Ooh, Briana! You got Gameboard of the Gods? Gah, I'm dying to read that one. Richelle Mead is auto-buy for me. You lucky duck for winning that thing!;) Some of my blogging friends absolutely adore Miranda Kenneally's books so I hope they will rock your world, too. I'm anxious to try them out for myself as well. What a lovely haul you have! Happy reading, girl!

    1. Right?! I only finished the Hex Hall series a few months ago (took me forever to finally read the last book) and I'm already going through withdrawals. And I'm excited to read Poison - it looks so cute!

    1. I hardly ever win contests, but the stuff I do win is always awesome, which is nice.
